Unable to process request

I have posted two messages about this this week.  Not only have I had no response from AARP, I cannot find either of those messages.

Hi, sorry that’s happening.  Annoying.  
Did you write them here on the discussion board, or contact them directly?  
This board isn’t really seeing moderators much.  An occasional pop in.  

If you can try on Monday, since not open weekends.  Here’s the info from contact us page, in case you want to do so.  Some had had better luck that way. Some still waiting.
