Same as all the other weeks (I haven't been able to redeem for about a month now) -- we're working on it, we're escalating it, you'll hear back from us, etc etc etc etc etc. Bottom line: If they cared about the members and wanted to fix this, they'd have fixed it weeks ago.
Now you can even engage in the most recent promotion, find a hidden turkey, and redeem points for a gift card.... except like the rest of redemptions it DOES NOT WORK!
Contacting AARP does absolutely no help!
I keep accumulating my daily points, and hopefully will redeem for something really worth
while if the site ever works!
Definitely not, and yes, it's incredibly offensive that they seem to have flagged us for "fraud," but they refuse to say what the "fraud" is and they refuse to fix our accounts. My next step (if I can't redeem in the next couple of days) is to start filing complaints with various consumer protection agencies.

@pearpie ,I can help with the Quiz. If you don't see a badge with the point value in it, you will not get the points no matter how many times you take the quiz. Even though AARP had it in the list showing you can earn 450 points, someone forgot to attach the ability to get points. Just another IT error. Hopefully at some point they will see this and correct it. But don't hold your breathe. It might take quite awhile.
@JoanRich , @st3638846 , When trying to enter a sweepstakes it can take me 10 times or more to get it to work. I just keep trying and most times it finally works.
