Are the Holland America gift cards no longer available?  Or will they be back at some point?  Thanks in advance!

@pw6874  The gift cards are updated often based on availability, but there are currently Holland America Line gift cards available on our redeem page here: https://www.aarp.org/rewards/redeem/#sort-by=default I'm always here to help!

Do the AARP Holland America gift cards have expiration dates?  Are they refundable if I cancel my cruise before payment?  I see that there is a limit to how many one person can buy in a month, but is there a limit to how many I can buy over several months?  Is there a limit to how many Holland America will accept?

@jhesselb I'm sorry refunds cannot be provided for Reward items. I invite you to check out the Rewards program terms and conditions for limit info: https://www.aarp.org/about-aarp/rewards-terms-and-conditions/  as well as the complete terms and conditions for Holland gift cards: hollandamerica.com/giftcardterms You can also contact Holland customer support for additional info: 877-932-4259

If you cancel, the money is put back onto the original gift card. If you put the value of the gift cards onto your ship on board account and you don’t spend it all, the unused balance is put back onto your original gift card.

Help! I called Princess Cruiseline and they will not take their own gift cards! I was told to call a travel agent and a travel agent could process my transaction using your AARP Princess Gift Card. My question is, can I get a refund if no one will take my Princess Cruise Gift Card?😳

@PeggyH861894 I'm sorry, Peggy. We are unable to refund purchases made on the AARP Rewards site. I invite you to check the Rewards terms here: https://www.aarp.org/about-aarp/rewards-terms-and-conditions/ I recommend contacting Princess again and requesting to speak with a supervisor for further assistance. Also, be sure to review the gift card terms and disclosures.

2 months ago I took mine on board and customer service applied them to my on board account. I would call or chat with princess again and see if that person made a mistake. My travel agent accepted them as payment for another booking. Good luck

Did you book directly with Princess?  I am w/ a discounted cruise agency, and my TA applied about $2000 worth of these gift cards with no issue for my final payment last week.  Remaining gift card balance, I was told I can use on the ship.  She told me, just go to guest services and have them apply to my account.  What I did find out recently though is that I can not use their gift card to buy a shore excursion or anything else in advance.

Hi, I went to buy some princess cards for my upcoming cruise. However I no longer see them on your site. Have they been discontinued? Thanks

It would seem so.  My wife tells me that she remembers seeing somewhere that the deal was to end on May 31.  And I don't see it on the AARP site any more either.

Hi there, I keep clicking on the link https://www.aarp.org/rewards/redeem/  and it keeps bringing me to the same "get started with AARP rewards" page. I've signed up but it's like a loop that keeps bringing me back to that same page. Is the site broken right now?

Log in and then look in the top red bar for * AARP REWARDS which is on the right by your name, then click it.

Click on the drop down menu that says "Browse Rewards"  DISCOVER
Then click on Redeem and then select Members only
Then at the next page just scroll to the giftcard that you want.  They seem to be in random order.

I hope that works for you.  I was able to buy for both Carnival and Princess and my AAA Agent applied them to my upcoming cruises.  That and my shareholder benefits and I feel like I'm on top of the world.  LOL.

Good Luck

Were Princess Cruises gift cards removed from the catalog? If not, please send the link. I am finding Carnival, Holland America and Celebrity but not Princess. THANKS

@ll105 There was a glitch with those cards and our team had to pull them from the catalog. Once the issue is resolved, we will be listing them on the redemption site again!

AARPJanelleM

AARPTeri please check the rewards link https://www.aarp.org/rewards/redeem/ it is not working - simply redirects to the rewards home page and from there, it does not appear that there is a way to get to the rewards page.
