Why is it that since October 28, 2024, any attempt at redemptions for any sweepstakes or instant wins ends with the message "Unable to process your redemption request!" ????

These posts get read but not many people reply. It made me wonder how many of us have been stopped from redeeming. From what I've read lots of us are in an "it's been escalated" holding pattern. I guess we're not a priority.
