Where can I see the status of  this redemption:

 It takes a while maybe six weeks or more.

I think it takes a while, like a month or two, to get this type of reward.  I clicked on this reward the first time that I saw it, and haven't received it.

Just curious if you have received the “mystery” item?  I’m beginning to think it is and was a scam

I chatted with someone this morning and said since the time is over 6 weeks and I had not received it they added back my 10,000 points

and you lost your redemption for that month and will never get it back so what good does the points back in your account do?  With this upcoming maintenance the least they could do is let you earn extra points for so many days leading up to the shutdown.

does not help if you can't redeem the points because of their systemwide nationwide scam frauds directed to members....
