Seriously.... IS ANYONE ABLE TO REDEEM POINTS?????

THREE STRAIGHT MONTHS of this nonsense.    I chat with agents since November.  They escalate, it takes weeks for it to start working again.   Then a few weeks later I lose the ability to 1) Earn points and 2) Redeem any points or 3) BOTH!!

 

This is beyond ridiculous now how much time I've spent in chat trying to get this resolved.  

 

How is it fair the site works for some... and they get more entries in sweepstakes and more chances for instant wins than the members who this keeps happening to???   If it were a system wide thing I'd understand.... but why only certain people have to deal with this.  And now for a THIRD month in a row??

 

Worst run website I've ever seen....

 I've been wondering the same thing about IF we are wasting time entering sweepstakes and instant wins.  I have also been noticing the same names winning consistently.  Seems to me that there is a way to enter and win and I've been unable to find the process

I can probably redeem points but I haven't in the past week or so due to the notice in red stating they are still having technical issues. I don't trust the system right now. How can we be sure we are not just throwing our points away? It may "look" like it's working, but who knows?

Same thing. Mine worked for like 4 weeks and now dead again. We need some sort of escalation path to someone in charge. Not the endless loop of private messages that take weeks to even get anywhere. Got the same accusatory email about following guidlines. But as far as earning I have all but stopped and still have been deactivated.

That sounds incredibly frustrating. Have you tried reaching out via email or using a different support channel? Sometimes escalating through multiple channels can help get more attention to the issue. Hopefully Like Innovative Therapies, it gets resolved soon!

If your account gets deactivated like mine then you will have lots of points and cannot use them.  Accusing members of cheating or fraud because they didn't "follow the rules" but they won't tell us what rule they think we did not follow.

I’ve never been accused by anyone of cheating or fraud???   I’ve done the same thing I’ve done since I became a member 5 years ago.   Every day.   I’ll earn points on my phone and laptop during the day when I get time.   And do same redeeming stuff.   I purchase 5 gift cards a month and since November it went from getting them in 10 mins to 2 WEEKS now
