This morning I redeemed 165,000 points for Three $25 e-gift cards (55,000 points each). I received one in my email, but the other two have not been sent to me yet. I have checked my Spam folder, and have verified that I did redeem the points. How can I get the other Two gift cards?
My sister had this problem with the Pottery Barn last night and only got one out of three. She also had issues last Friday buying gift cards and got four out of five. She went ahead and chatted with Customer Service and they were able to resend them. Not sure what's up, but something is iffy with the delivery email service.
