Rewards site says I have maxed out daily redemptions and I was not able to redeem ANY!
So I spend an hour completing many videos then when try to redeem for several sweepstakes entries the message that I have maxed out daily entries comes up. WTH? I was not able to redeem ANY! What a total waste of time. Besides that issue, the sweepstakes cannot be considered legally fair if this type of stuff is occurring - how does anyone know if it only affects some but not all participants on any given day!

I am experiencing the same issue of maxed out points for the day. Ever since the maintenance from last weekend this is a daily occurrence and annoyance. I called the other day and the representative had me clear my browsing history which was only a temporary fix. I clear my history now and still states Iโve maxed out for the day. Does anyone have any other possible solutions as to what to do?

I can see how frustrating this is, @ckeller123. I've sent you a private message to take a look at your AARP Rewards account. Thank you! - Diana G.

So now what? Do we have to wait until every evening to see if "maybe" the site will work properly? I for one do not enjoy spending the end of my day trying to rebuild my points before the system locks up again. Is anyone trying to fix this mess??

Hilarious! That's precisely what you said about the "not able to redeem points fiasco", which has been going on for months and is still being fixed on a case-by-case basis even though it affects thousands of people. AARP clearly doesn't care about its members. I expect this problem to drag on for months as well.

Also experiencing what seems very erratic behavior. My best guess is the 24 hour time (midnight to midnight) eastern time is kaput, at least for now. Earning and redemptions are time cycling on their individual operations.
Explained: I play a Home Depot Instant win at 2:15 PM Eastern Time. The previous way, I could play again anytime after midnight. Now, I cannot play until 24 hours from my last play. And, this has no impact on other games I might play. Each one has it's own 24 hour individual time cycle. Seeing similar behavior for all points related activities.
These are not facts, just trying to sort out and find any logic for what looks like whack a mole behavior.

I am wondering the same thing. After the 3 day "fix" at the time suggested, 12 noon ET site was not working. Got on chat, they said they knew it was a problem and were working on it, please try later. A few hours later, tried again, no luck. Finally about 5 PM Pacific time it was working. That was Monday. At the 12 midnight ET witching hour (9 PM Pacific) said I was maxed. I was wondering if they were now going on an individual 24 hour clock. The next day Tuesday same thing. Time to complete 4 hours. 9 PM I am maxed. Wednesday same thing. Today Thursday I got on chat with AARP about, something I have been doing daily since this whole "fix". The first 3 times said they knew of issue and please try again. Today Thursday the rep offered me the points for the day. Although I thanked him I asked what good are the points if I cannot redeem them? On the Tuesday chat I confirmed with the rep that the new day starts at midnight ET so the rep thinks it is still the same time frame.
