Now Able to Purchase Gift Cards

I just successfully purchased two egift cards.  They were properly charged to my credit card and I have received them.  I purchased them one at a time.  When one processed correctly and I received it, I purchased the second.

 

Hope the issues have been permanently fixed.

@k380494p Glad to hear it! The purchase cart was relaunched and is available for use. We are carefully monitoring the functionality in case any issues arise.

Still unable to process redemptions. Any time frame of that fix?

Yes, I am getting the same message, "unable to process your redemption"....

I cleared them and I still get the same message. This is incredibly frustrating. Can I get someone to cobrowse and see what the issue is?
