Instant wins not working

I have been unable to enter the instant win games for a few days.  I get a message in the reCAPTCHA area that says "ERROR for site owner: Invalid domain for site key".

@mary2720 So sorry about this! We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with the entry for Instant Win. Our technical team is actively investigating and working to resolve the problem. You may want to try a different browser.  - Janelle M.

Thank you for suggesting trying a different browser (don't know why I didn't think of that)!  It works in Edge.  It does not work for me in Chrome (my usual browser).

@mary2720 You are most welcome. Glad to hear it! The website should work on Chrome again once our team resolves the intermittent issue.  - Janelle M.

Today I got a message for an instant win that said they were experiencing slow activity. It took my 50 points but didn't tell me if I won or lost. Since I haven't won an instant win sweepstakes in years I can assume I didn't win.

The same happened to me today....twice with different instant wins. The system just sat there loading forever. However the points showed up in my redemptions. How do I know if it actually played or the system is just taking the points then fails to play? This just isn't right.

Thank you for letting us know, @BeachGirl23. Did you get an error? I'm sorry to hear the game didn't load at the end. You may have to clear cookies and check if your browser is updated to the latest version, here are the steps if you need them: https://aarp.info/2I3wo4C

If you see the redemption on your transaction history, you played the instant win successfully. The winners will receive an email confirming their price. Here you can find the Instant Win winners list: https://www.aarp.org/about-aarp/rewards-terms-and-conditions/instant-win-rules/?cmp=SNO-LITHIUM---&s... - Diana G.

I try for an instant win and get this message.   Sorry, we are experiencing longer than expected delays in your point redemption. Please check your transaction history in a couple of minutes to confirm if your redemption was successful. Thank you for your patience.

It takes my 50 points and I have to assume I didn't win because it won't let you try a second time.

@PeggyH674394  Hi Peggy, I apologize for the inconvenience of that message. If you are a winner, you will also receive an email with a subject line, for example, "Jane, congratulations, here is your reward! It will be sent to your registered email address for your AARP Rewards account. Thank you for your AARP Rewards loyalty, and let me know if I can help with anything else!  Jodee R.

For the past couple of days, I experienced loading issues with the Instant Win games.  When I reload the page, I get the message that I already played and points are deducted.  This has been an on-going issue for many months.

something is still wrong.   the past couple of days I have been able to enter each daily several times for each one.  in the past if I accidentally tried to enter one that I had already played, it told me so.  please fix the daily wins-   it has not worked correctly for months

Thank you for reaching out, @poppy89. I know how frustrating this can be. We had technical difficulties and our team worked hard to solve the issue. The website is back up. Please let me know if you are still having issues with our daily wins. - Diana G.
