Instant Wins Not Working

I get a message that says redemption failed.  There is no spinning, no sorry message.  

BUT when I check transaction history, the points have been deducted.

This is occurring on Sunday, August 31st, a holiday weekend of course.    

Are others getting this message?

Still cannot redeem instant rewards.  Now I cannot see any Redemptions in Transaction History!  It is completely blank.  Nothing.

I noticed that yesterday. I redeemed points for a gift card last night - 10pm Arizona Time. The redemption is showing in the transaction history, but I am afraid to do any redemptions this morning because the transactions keep disappearing. I have not yet received the email for the gift card.

Same situation for me both yesterday and today.  Points are taken yet the "redemption failed" message continues to appear.  Guess I'll give up for a few days.  Changes in 2025 to the Rewards program have been very disappointing.  On the bright side, I spend less time trying to score Rewards and more time enjoying life.

@gw1202  Love your bright side comment, which is spot on.  When my account was restricted last year because their new AI (at least that's what I assume was the cause) said I was cheating (completely false), I found it was quite refreshing not interacting with this frustrating rewards program.  I did eventually get my account restored, but now I don't bother to get upset over all of the problems.  I still earn enough points to get a few $5 gift cards a month and play the IW and Sweeps (even though I almost never win the IW and have never won a Sweeps).  I check the community comments and sometimes respond (like now), but life is too short to get upset over all the problems in this rewards program. It is just so not worth it.

I got the same message but my points were not deducted. (Maybe it was not the same message.)

 

I have tried several times today to play the instant wins. The message I get is:

Sorry, we are experiencing longer than expected delays in your point redemption. Please check your transaction history in a couple of minutes to confirm if your redemption was successful. Thank you for your patience.

 

The black banner at the top of the screen shows a points deduction but when I go to my transaction history, the points are not showing as redeemed. The transaction history is only showing the the redemptions for the sweepstakes I entered today, nothing showing for any previous days.

I am getting the message “Fulfillment request failed.”  I also tried to do the free entry.  It doesn’t let me.

I am getting the same message and points were deducted.  This doesn’t bode well for Extra Credit tonight.  And no one to complain to.  Oh well.
