I am very upset that you no longer offer the gift cards on AARP site and you kept.decreasing the promotion if you bought them, then finally took carnival away all together. It is always about the bottom dollar and to your benefit. Maybe some people used them as gifts, or as a reward for themselves, or just the little discount that was offered was a savings to allow them to enjoy a vacation. Very disappointed in your decision.

I can understand how upsetting this is, @KristieG233058. While Carnival Cruise Lines decided to discontinue offering their gift cards through the AARP Rewards Program, we're still committed to offer valuable rewards. - Diana G.

[2/23/25] Hi Kristie @KristieG233058 , if you do a search on this site you will see AARP didnot decide to "discontinue" them. Carnival did. They finally got tired of the drama with people trying to buy them - buying them and never receiving them. Take care, Nicole 👵

That's not the reason I was told. They said Carnival Corp. doesn't discount the cruise cards anymore so there is no point in selling them here. It makes sense to not sell something that doesn't give you a profit considering all the problems there were with these cards.

I'm sorry to hear you had issues finding the Carnival gift cards through AARP Rewards, @samson53. The link we shared previously is not a direct link to purchase them. No worries, I can direct you to the right place. First, you'll need to log in to your AARP Rewards account: https://www.aarp.org/rewards/?cmp=SNO-LITHIUM---&socialid=14185802862 then, choose "Redeem" and "All Rewards" from the drop-down, and you can either type on the search bar "Carnival" or scroll down to select the desired gift card. - Diana G.

Hey @BrandieB815820! Carnival Cruise Lines decided to discontinue offering their gift cards through the AARP Rewards Program. We understand that this may be disappointing news, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We remain committed to providing you with valuable rewards and appreciate your understanding. AARP Rewards still offers discounted gift cards for a variety of popular cruise lines, including Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, and Holland America Line.
