is the verification a phone call to a land line since a land line doesn't have text? If two people share a phone number how will that work?

They reached out to me and gave me the name of the person who is fixing my issue. I got an email stating it was fixed. IT IS NOT FIXED and I still can't redeem.

I had bought Princess cruise gift cards last year and they are gone now. Carnival is the parent company of Princess. I hope they bring back more Princess cards.
