Here we go again! I am getting the dreaded "Fulfillment Request Failed" on several attempts to play the Instant Win games. At the start of every month there are glitches and errors, so it shouldn't be any surprise. I wonder if we will have another prolonged unscheduled maintenance this month?

The error I had with the Instant win games was resolved and now working. Since other members were also experiencing the error, the problem was not with my account, but appears to be technical errors on AARP's end. Thanks for reaching out.

These errors should have been fixed during the month-long unscheduled maintenance that took place back in September. The "fulfillment request failed" errors jump started the unscheduled maintenance in September. The errors usually begin on the first day of the month, but this month, it happened on the second day. Glad that the error has been resolved more timely than in Sept.
