Domino's Gift Card Will Not Redeem

Dec 1, 2025 at 5:40 AM EST, a Domino’s $5 Points Only card appeared in my catalog. I attempted redemption multiple times across different browsers, but the site blocked me. This was my first redemption attempt of the month, so I was well under the limit. Please investigate and either issue the card to me.

I never could get the Domino's card because it said that 2 videos, that were completed, did not have check marks. They are considered completed in my dashboard.  In addition, i never received this item in my dashboard  "12/1/2025 1 $5 IHOP® eGift Card -13000".

Like others, I cannot get the Domino's Gift Card. I have completed the videos at least 3 times each and yet I am told I have not completed them on the Home page or when I go to purchase the Dominos Gift Card. When I go to complete them again, I am told I already completed them. 

I was up at 3:15 AM EST trying to complete these tasks. I find it cruel that the Rewards program gives its users the run around with unnecessary errors. Please fix this.

Extra Credit is showing 2/4 complete even though I have completed them. Any ETA on a fix?

In previous months when there were issues with completing the extra credit videos/quizzes, where the activity would not show up as completed even after completing it, the gift card would finally show up as available after a few hours.  Not sure if that will happen this time, but give it a try.

I have watched the same 600 point video 3 times to complete the activities for the GC.  It will not give me credit.  I give up on the site as there are so many technical issues.

I have 2 videos for extra credit that say they are uncompleted after being completed.  I get no points if I try to watch them again.  I wanted that Dominos Card also.  I do see the word "test" appear when I open the description for the card.

Same issue. I checked my transaction history and I did get credit for watching the two videos. It’s useless to watch them again and again. I really don’t care about the Dominos card.
