Did not receive Gift Cards

Hello, 

I purchased a carnival gift card $100.00 on 4/2/2022. The charge has posted to my bank account and is showing on my list of purchases, but I have not received the confirmation email or gift card. Please resend the gift card if possible.

"You can expect to receive it within 24 hours. I also re-sent the one that you purchased yesterday just in case you didn't get that one, too. Please be sure to also check your spam folders in case the emails are landing there. "
