Hello, I purchased a carnival gift card $100.00 on 4/2/2022. The charge has posted to my bank account and is showing on my list of purchases, but I have not received the confirmation email or gift card. Please resend the gift card if possible. Lisa

@AARPJanelleM Janelle, I’m hoping you can help me. I purchased a 100.00 carnival gift card on 4/1/2022, the charge posted to my bank account on 4/4/2022. I still have not received the gift card. Can you resend?
