How and why are daily deals showing sold out at 12:01 PM EST.  Is there a bot issue?

  I am unable to enter daily instant wins or the sweepstakes. Did a chat now have to wait 3- 5 days for   someone to reach out to me.  This has been going on for days. Message is Unable To Process Your   Redemption request.

   I did the chat as well was told the same thing. I and my husband are unable to redeem on           any device. So how can it be my account.

iI waited over an hour for alive agent on Chat yesterday and no one ever came.  If they are having a problem with no one being able to redeem why don't they take the site down instead of creating this frustration for everyone?  They have far too many tech problems with this site.
