I had the same thing happen to me today . I went to all rewards and was able to go on as normal.

I purchased a $10  Domino's gift card on 6/18/21/ an got a blank email from aarp rewards. Emailed consumer care but have not heard anything.

I did not get the emails. I have talked to three different aarp reps. they try to resend the emails but they don't show up in my email. I get emails from aarp every day but none of my 2 purchases or my  2 redemptions. I also won a darnen $10 instant ...
