Won a Chipotle Gift card for $10 and the link does not work. Is anyone else having an issue with this? Where do I get help redeeming my gift card?

No email to explain or apologize.  The refund of the points is not satisfactory.  I want the gift card I legitimately ordered with my last redemption on the last day of the month.

Did you call? I called and they sent me a new email with a gift card link that worked and refunded my points.
