Carnival gift cards not received

Please help, I’ve reached out to chat and got no where, I purchased 3 carnival gift cards on September 30 and is now October 2nd and they still aren’t here!!

the private message option is not there, it says privacy and kudos no where to turn messaging on

Reached out to chat got the same crap that they are escalating, is been 3 days still no gift cards!! Not cool at all $1350 and no cards!! Instead just the run around

Here’s the problem everyone says wait is escalated and now it’s been 5 days and guess what no gift cards and no refund!!! Just $1350 missing!!!
