Carnival and CVS gift card not received for more than 7 days

I purchased CVS and Carnival gift card but haven't received it yet. It's been more than 7 days. No one is picking up my phone. Could you please expedite this request?

I purchased on 11/29. They think I am a fraud, but won’t return my funds or give me the gift cards. Almost $1200. And every time I try to speak to someone in escalations they tell me I can’t.

Thank you very much for the reply. 

I received all my gift cards yesterday late night. 

I ordered few more this morning and received all of them as well. 

 

However, my wife ordered one this morning but she hasn't received it yet. 

I tried to follow your document and steps to do a private chat but couldn't see a private chat option. 

 

Could you please help to resolve my wife's gift card issue?

I am forever amazed that people gamble with AARP and spend that much money when so many others have issues with receiving the gift cards and having them accepted when they want to use them.

The most I have trusted to lose has been $14 and that has been when using a credit card where I can cancel the transaction if I do not receive the product purchased. So far a cancellation has not been needed.
