Carnival Gift Card - Only 8 out of 10 recieved

I purchased two batches of 5 $100 gift cards on 6/5/23. I only received 8 of the 10. My credit card was charged $450 twice for the purchase. I have contacted customer support who say there was/is a technical issue with the 2 remaining cards and it could take 5 business days to complete! You have my money! Why in the world would it take 5 days to send two emails!!! I never should have waited until the final payment was so close to being due, but I expected more than this from AARP!
