I have been unable to either play instant win or do redemption since January 2025. I am unable to send a private message because I don't have a private messenger tab. I have contacted AARP customer service through chat numerous times but after 3.5 months the problem still persists. Please fix it asap or terminate my membership and issue refund because the only purpose I bought it was to have access to AARP rewards. BTW my cousin who is the second in my membership has also lost her access to AARP rewards. Thank you

Can you please contact us through our online chat, so we may check on any updates to your AARP Rewards account? Please include any error messages you're receiving when trying to redeem your points.
