BabyGAP and Banana Republic Gift Card 10$ Balnce 0$ and ERROR link

I redeemed the gift card BabyGAP and Banana Republic Gift Card for 10$ = 18,000 points. And when I check my gift card check, BLANCE = 0. And the gift card Link check shows ERROR..I don't understand why AARP revoked the Gift Card account, please help me check again.

Good luck trying to recover your cards or points! They will first tell you that you have to wait 5 days before they can even consider your case. They will then tell you that your case will need to be elevated and you should receive a response in 3-5 days. After hearing nothing from AARP, you will contact them again and they will once again tell you that they will once again escalate your case and you should have a response in 3-5 working days. For me, it's not worth the time or the aggravation.

Those were the first two $10 cards offered this month, so it’s no surprise that IT fixed it that way.  Anything to add to our aggravation. 😩 😩

Here’s hoping 🤞 they will make it good.
