 Gift card services have offered to replace the cards. However, I don't believe it to be the card but the stores processing that's failing to work. The fact that it is intermittent.

 There was nothing useful to me. What happened to the $10 gift cards that used to be offered in the extra credits.  I don't feel 20% off a gift card is enough to entice me to buy it either. When it is 30% I feel there is value to buy a gift card.
