Anyone else getting this instant win error message?

An error occurred while processing your request.

Reference #97.f2a5dc17.1756658018.245f0c0d

I've tried to enter on both Chrome and Edge. Same error message, different browser.

It looks like other people are getting a different type of error message when they are trying to redeem points. I'm referring to the instant win free entry method.

Note: not the complete error message. I took out the clickable link.

The CEO of this company is paid millions of dollars per year, plus benefits.  Does she have any clue as to what is going on here, supposedly one of our few benefits?

The message I am getting:

Sorry, we are experiencing longer than expected delays in your point redemption. Please check your transaction history in a couple of minutes to confirm if your redemption was successful. Thank you for your patience.
