My spouse have been unable to log in after the maintenance.

Wasn't able to log in until 6:17 am est - but when trying to earn points as another poster has cited - "no little red badges (200 - 300 - 450 pts) = no points for you my dear" - not able to earn points. ๐Ÿ˜ 

      Later it gets worse when trying to Earn points - now need to 'log in again' ---> greeted by "You've come to the right place, but there may be an issue displaying this page....." yeah AARP It staff 'scheduled maintenance' = errors/ glitches galore. Maybe they shouldn't get paid until they fix it. ๐Ÿ˜ค 

Same problem for Instant Win with 'free play method'. ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

 

Update: Earning Points seems to be working.... now. ๐Ÿคž

 It's 7:27 AM Eastern time and while I can get into the site and interact with rewards, points are not being awarded. Are there widespread issues? If so, how about posting an update on the site? Thanks

If something seems off, please refresh your browser and look at the Most Recent Activity on the Rewards dashboard at the top of the page or go to your Transaction History to view the points you have earned. Please be sure to check the point-earning frequency for the activity to see if it earns daily, weekly, or monthly. We want to know if you're still not seeing your hard-earned points. I haven't been able to get back into the site.  I keep getting the log-in loop, and then the maintenance message.  Did the site go back down again?

I get into the site without problems. However I can't acquire points because the videos and quizzes lost their point badges. (they had them when I started as I could acquire points for 2 videos, then magically badges were gone!)

Typical smucks trying to run a rewards program but do not have a clue WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

here is a suggestion !!
GO BACK TO MAINTENANCE because the last one didnโ€™t WORK

And while you are at it stick a lousy $5 points only gift card in the 

retail tab. Donโ€™t ever remember this tab being MT of at least one gift card. 
I hope this is not an indication of rewards gift cards to be offered going forward. 
Guess the $5 cards were too expensive
