Looks like this delay is back also, after a marvelous time of not seeing or having to experience the disappointment. I guess this is just to be expected with this program

@BillD916633, Good Morning to you! Hmmm, I think this alert was meant for those that made any redemptions from the rewards catalog and delays in receiving email confirmations. It seemed short-lived, as the banner alert was briefly up, then disappeared. So, you're back to having issues, huh? You were setting records there! 😉 Yes, one hour is a long time, but I don't know how to help you, in this case, except that I'm so sorry about your plethora of negative experiences/bumps in the road. Hope it works out, somehow. 😐 I do know that whenever I see these error messages, I refresh the page, and if I still have issue, I log out, clear cache & cookies, log back in, and usually no more issues. If I do continue to have issues, I come to the AARP message board, and tag Janelle. Happy Friday?! 🙂
