3 Zappos should be a win
I did the Instant Wln for Zappo card and got 3 Zappo logos, why is that not an win? It would be a win in any casino I have ever been to. This is another example of why more and more people come to believe that the rewards program is more ripoff than reward and that reflects on the entire AARP set of benefits.

Same with a family member.Three Panera Bread on the spin but no win.Whats the point in playing if you don't win when you do win.I was looking forward to a new form of instant win but this has been the worst mess I have ever seen on a site as far as prize wins.Nothing is clear how to win, etc. At least the one with nine boxes seems to be gone [hopefully] which was even worse. It needs to just be taken down until its fixed.

I had the same issue today. Three Bed, Bath & Beyond on the instant win game, but I didnโt win. The โsorry you didnโt win todayโ message actually displayed while the final wheel was still spinning. Thereโs no one to talk to on Sunday. No email contact option. I couldnโt find anything in various searches. I was just going to post my complaint in the forum for lack of options when I found this thread. I have been increasingly frustrated with AARP in just about every area. I am disappointed. I am done trying to communicate with a company that isnโt interested in listening. Iโm not renewing my membership at the end of the month. Today is my last day on this site.

Hi Misha! We are aware that some users are experiencing visual discrepancies in the outcome of the games. We are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. Rest assured, the message below the game is the official disposition and outcome of the game. -Sue J

There is a comment on this thread saying that AARP knows about this issue and is working to fix it. I think I saw another comment from AARP in another thread that said because the graphics don't always work, the true indication of winning an Instant Win is the message, not the new graphics. I've only seen negative comments about this new way of doing Instant Wins, haven't seen anyone saying they like it.

@b72153s Thanks for reaching out! Our team is aware of this issue that's occurring with the Instant Win games. We have confirmed the 'lost' message is correct; however, the visual experience users see may reflect a winning combination in error. We are working to correct this display issue as soon as possible. I'm terribly sorry for any confusion this has caused. - Janelle M.

I don't know how the LOST message is correct if it shows three in a row which is a win.If they can't fix all the other stuff I don't know how they can confirm anything.Whats to say a person playing that doesn't get three in a row and it says they win.Do they somehow confirm they won if it says they didn't and they get a gift card.Does that also happen.Personally I don't care if the Instant Wins are there or not but its annoying to be jacked around.
