To get past the Chatbot, keep typing Customer Service Agent to ALL his/her questions = you will eventually get transferred to a human. So sorry you are dealing with this!!! 😤 I wonder IF the other folks in this discussion got theirs fixed? 🤔
@AARPConsumerCare So how is this error due to "heavy traffic on the site" for over 24 hours, yet ALL other redemption options have NO issues and you can still earn points with zero issue which has a higher system load with the videos?
