Coffee !

I've been all over these forums & can't find the 'right forum', so mybe i'll find an answer on the front porch ?  Smiley Very Happy

I have 2 cans of 'cheapie' coffee ; tried mixing them so they would be more flavorful, but not-so-much did it work. Might buy a more spendy brand & mix them, but in meantime, anyone have any ideas on how to make these cheap brands taste better ?

Thanks !

There's nothing like a big ol' hot mug of coffee to start the day off just right.See the source imageI meant to "drink," not to shower in!

As as some ot you know Mary and I have collected Fiestaware for years. We have every type of cup/saucer,  mug, Latte mug, Cappuccino mug, Tom and Jerry mugs, espresso cups and jumbo mugs they make. We have many colors and mugs with decals for all seasons.

@DaveMcK,

I used to collect mugs from my travels.  I would buy a mug featuring the state I visited or a venue like a musuem, or Disney World, and so on.  But after a while, my cupboard became cluttered with just too many mugs and cups from various places--taking up way too much space.  So before Marie Kondo even came on the scene, I went on a major decluttering tear and packed up just about every collectible drinking item and haul them all off to the Salvation Army.  Now, that doesn't mean I stopped collecting.  It just means I found something smaller and easier to display without taking up any usable space. I switched to collecting refrigerator magnets during my travels and now almost my entire frig is covered with them.  I still have a small contingent of coffee cups and mugs.  But they are decidedly few and for the most part, they all match.

I find it interesting that some people interchange the term cup and mugs!

A cup is used for tea and is smaller. A Mug is used for coffee or chocolate and is thicker.
Both are drink wares and used to drink beverages like coffee, milk, tea or hot chocolate. Both are made of ceramic/porcelain materials though they are also available in stainless steel (travel mugs), metallic and glass versions too. The main difference between a cup and a mug is its capacity. A cup holds typically 6 fl. oz. of liquid, which is 180ml, and a mug typically 8 fl. oz. or even greater, which is 240 ml. Another difference is that a mug is a type of cup that is sturdier and comes without a saucer while cup and saucer are visualized as a pair. A mug can be with or without a handle on its side. A cup is used majority to drink tea and a mug for coffee or hot chocolate.

All information about the difference is based on the main usage in the world. This doesn’t imply that the properties are strictly regarded to a mug or a cup, there are also combinations available.

I hope everyone enjoys your coffee however you drink it!
