I've been all over these forums & can't find the 'right forum', so mybe i'll find an answer on the front porch ? 
I have 2 cans of 'cheapie' coffee ; tried mixing them so they would be more flavorful, but not-so-much did it work. Might buy a more spendy brand & mix them, but in meantime, anyone have any ideas on how to make these cheap brands taste better ?

My hope is that the coffee dilemma has long been solved seeing as it was posted over 3 years ago now. But just in case it hasn't been yet, my personal experience is that it's better to pay twice as much for quality coffee that I enjoy than it is to spend only half as much per bag or can, then buying two and hoping it tastes at least drinkable. I've not had a good experience with this, hence my suggestion for quality over quantity.
But here's something that I stumbled across as I had coffee recently. It's an article titled -
WHY DO OLD PEOPLE LOVE TO COMPLAIN?
It's a short read, really, about 2 minutes at best. And I personally after looking at many of the posts to many of these forums, kind of feel that this stereotype might be a deserved one. To Everybody on Our Front Porch!
It is freezing cold here; so much so my hands are cold despite having the furnace on. It rained all night long last night and even most of the morning. The sky is milky white with overcasting clouds. No sun at all. Just light. All of this brings to mind the advent of winter which I, for one, do NOT look forward to at all. But into winter we will soon be and either I will go forward willingly or kicking and screaming like a brat. And even though I like to think of myself as a "baby senior" (all of the seniors in my circle are older than me), I tend not to allow my bratty self out very often. Smile. Nobody would pay much attention anyway.
So I guess for today, I'm just gonna settle back with a cup of heavily creamed and sugared coffee before I head back to bed for my afternoon nap. After all, traditions must not be broken.
