…..sitting here sipping my morning coffee and I saw this post and smiled.

    I dislike ironing!  It is my least favorite chore and I lose patience with it very quickly.  Any chore - scrubbing the shower door water spots off with vinegar/baking soda, shoveling snow, cleaning the dryer vent - all pale in comparison with ironing!  Good thing I’m not an Edwardian Lady’s maid! 😊

   Everyone reading this - have a great day and only do the chores that you feel like doing! 😇

We had a flour sifter at my mother's house, but now I use a long handled sifter/strainer that has multiple uses.

  I am not a baker either.  I only periodically bake, which means my flour often sits for over a month.  While I have a sifter, I don’t use it anymore.  I cheat and use a whisk! 😊

  So far - no lumps - no disasters.

TV from the 60s and 70s

• Arguing over who was to walk to the TV to change the channel, volume, or antenna
• Disney at 7:30pm Sunday nights
• This cartoon on Saturday mornings:

I never liked that cartoon.

Be honest, did you hang up? Me? not always😂

It wasn't the trip to the tv, it was the "While your up" that was the problem.

That rotor dial was so much better than waiting on "Number Please."
