New Member Issues

     Hello everyone. I joined last November. I received my Free Gift about the second week of December. I never received the Welcome Kit and Membership Card, even though their tracking said so. Personally, I think the Free Gift was coded as the Welcome Kit.  I have called twice about getting a new Welcome Kit and Membership Card.  I requested hat they expedite it, they said no. I requested a confirmation email, they said no.   Earlier today I called and was told I would receive it on 1/25.  Tonight I called because I have never received the bulletin or magazine. I didn't reach a live person, but I was told that my Welcome Kit would now be arriving 2/2.. What the heck?!   And the Rewards Redemption options are a joke. 

 

    So far I'm not very impressed with AARP.  Is it even worth it to be a member?

I'm starting to wonder the same thing honestly. 
I signed up for the discounted membership just now and agreed to a digital subscription and membership card.  Maybe that's what you did by accident?? All the various clicks here and clicks there were kinda confusing and I work in the tech industry.  But that's bugging me is now that I've created an account and downloaded the suggested app to be able to have mobile access to my account and membership card... The app won't let me log in.  I've reset my password at least twice now and still whenever I try logging into the app it just sits there.. No errors, no nothing.  Just the login and password boxes.  I'm seriously starting to regret this already and I JUST joined today.

I guess im not alone never rcieved anything bought a 3 year membership
