Membership Renewal

I signed up for Automatic Renewal back in October 2024.  I just received a Renewal Statement in the mail telling me to select a payment option and send in a check for my renewal expiring in April 2025.  I logged into my account, but I cannot find any indication that I have Automatic Renewal, and when I hit the Renew button at the top of the web page, all I get is "HTTP ERROR 431".

I saved a copy of my Automatic Renewal Terms showing that I have authorized charges in April 2025 and 2026 for my AARP Membership Dues.  Please confirm if I do have Automatic Renewal on my account.

I followed your instructions several times, including logging out and back in.  When I reach the My Settings/Preference page, I do not see the Private Messenger tab.  The other tabs in your example are there.
