I followed your instructions several times, including logging out and back in. When I reach the My Settings/Preference page, I do not see the Private Messenger tab. The other tabs in your example are there.

I signed up for Automatic Renewal back in October 2024. I just received a Renewal Statement in the mail telling me to select a payment option and send in a check for my renewal expiring in April 2025. I logged into my account, but I cannot find any...
