Welcome to Medicare 2024

Went to make a follow up visit for a specialist as a result of some medical testing that my PCP recommended.  (It is now November, 2023.) They wanted to schedule me for August, 2024.  I asked if this far off appointment had anything to do with the fact that I had Medicare and strangely the telephone appointment person found an opening in April, 2024. (Welcome to Medicare, 2024, where they are concerned with our good health.)
