If you have a Medicare Advantage plan - maybe.  Cause few of them have national coverage - most use networks - local networks.  MA is managed care.  So in most all situations, if you move even within the same state or locality, you need to make sure that your MA plans will work there or change plans when you move.  ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A Medicare Select MA Plan

Not so much with Traditional Medicare - just make sure the provider accepts Medicare assignment under the Trad. program.
