Healthcare between Jobs Over 65

I just turned 65 and my wife is 66. We both have Medicare Part A.

As of August 1, I lost my employer insurance, and am currently looking for a new job. I’m trying get guidance on what my current options are for healthcare coverage for Provider, RX, etc. while I search for a new job besides COBRA.

I am not eligible for MassHealth because I am over 65.
