It is clear why this action was taken.

 Hilarious, the show should have been canceled long ago based on ratings and content.  Intelligent people know that Gutfeld on FOX is #1 late night show and has been for over a year. It's relatable and actually funny.

I still haven’t made it thru all the episodes of FRIENDS that run at night - late night.  Much better for the soul.
