Fresh veggies in summer really are the best, both for flavor and for health. I try to cook more at home this time of year and avoid too much fast food or things off the McDonald's menu, since nothing compares to ripe tomatoes or zucchini straight from the market. I have enjoyed our Farmer's Market. Start going in spring to get those great tomatoes from Fla. plus other fresh veg's. To be honest everything cost about xxx times what is in grocery store but it sure taste good. 

But at this time of year the "too much of a good thing" has kicked in so I make fewer trips.
