I lost my husband of 55 years April 2nd.  I’m lost, he was my everything.  We did everything together.

We have two great adult kids, 3 beautiful granddaughters and a 9 month old great grandson.

They have their lives, which is what we always wanted,…

I just need someone to chat with.  Tell them how wonderful he is,…share memories,…

Hmmmm Theresa @TheresaF849375 , an excellent question. Fun I have not had of late, but hoping once I see my Medicare doctor on May 27th for my depression - I will find some fun.  👍  What about you? Awesome, Dalton  🐕  gets a Spa Day!!!  🙃  I called this morning to reshedule car to Monday. Lol, could hardly talk.  🤣😂

good morning dear friend. I was worried, I hadn’t heard from you, so I scrolled thru all my messages, and Leo and behold, I hadn’t heard missed you.  A pest, never, I love chatting.  And you can always talk about things other than our grief. I know it’s always with us.  How’s your flu?  Are you starting to feel a bit better? My cats name is Circus, granddaughter use to laugh at her antics, walking on the back,of a chair, jumping up trying to catch a butterfly, so,Molly, our granddaughter would say she should be in the circus, so Circus she became.

when I let Dalton out tonite for his last trip, there seems to be a new star west of us, just over our barn, or maybe I’ve just noticed it, anyway, I think that’s Dans star, so I talk to it each nite.  Well it wasn’t shining tonite, and I was sad because he wasn’t there….just now, I know why, it was cloudy, the rain just started, I can hear it.  So, I’m glad I,still talked to him, asking if he was ok…gosh, do you do things too???’ Are we allowed to share more info, or isn’t it quite safe for us?  Can you share your first name, or will I just call you my Spring time friend?  I hope you are resting.  Isn’t your car appointment today?  I’m sorry I missed your chat, never think you bother me,…I’m more apt to drive you a bit silly….💕💔❤️‍🩹

Lol Theresa @TheresaF849375 , this site is a challenge to use & find posts dear friend!!! I am Nicole and use it on the site when I am NOT being lazy.  🙄  Thanks, yes feeling better. Car Appt is rescheduled to Monday at 8am. I am SO GLAD he has a star.  💛  Many of us notice "signs" from our luv ones = comfort for us. Mine is any "gentle" breeze in any tree I am near. A reminder that I am luved. Of course we can chat about anything. Any plans for later today?  🤔  Me, nope. I went to Dollar Tree yesterday as I have to use car at least every other day so battery stays charged. Lol, last year I kept AAA in biz and finally my mechanic figured out I was NOT driving enough. Yes, had become a full blown hermit.  😱  Tomorrow will be Food Lion. Circus, luv that name. I have NO idea how old Mister  🐈  is and TREASURE every morning he scratches my front door after being out ALL NIGHT. My little rebel.  💛

Theresa @TheresaF849375 , you are NOT feeling well & just lost him dear friend. What you are feeling is NORMAL.  💛  As you know I have my 1st Counseling Session set up for May 27th. GRATEFUL Medicare pays. Hmmm, NO pressure - maybe this may work for you? My depression hit me this year with missing my daughter. It has been 5 years of TRYING to make it back to Florida. And "snuggle" with  Circus  🐈  and Dalton  🐕.  Mister  🐈  gave me some MUCH NEEDED attention today. Lol, now he is out ALL NIGHT probably stalking the chipmunks, poor babies. Luv, Nicole  🤗🤗🤗

Hi,,,,just sitting here,…I did go to see my new Dr today, she was so sweet.  Have you noticed, the doctors are young enough to be our grandchildren.  Maybe that’s why she was so good with me and my life.  She is referring me to a counselor that works with widows.  She asked me if I was talking to anyone, and I mentioned you, that we chatted and she liked that if we couldn’t sleep, chances were that we were both up to chat.  Thank you for that, and she thought it was really good.

So the light went off, well, that’s good…guess I’ll go see if Dalton wants to make his last trip outside,…have a good restful evening….💔🌼

Hi Nicole, went to bed and now back up. Just so very tired.  My granddaughter and our daughter both had their birthdays last week.  I know they are both missing Dan.  So many firsts.

I did get referrals from my new Dr for counseling, I wrote the names down but haven’t researched to see if any one of them will fit my needs.  Does that make sense?
