I am going to pick it up at the library tomorrow. The author is involved in Soaring Spirits and Camp Widow. The book gets a lot of good reviews on amazon. It's called "Different After You: Redisovering yourself after Grief and Trauma" by Michele Neff Hernandez. I wonder if anyone here has read it and found it helpful.

This sits on my coffee table and it's my go to book from time to time. It has given me the strength to fact the loss of my husband recently. A book to pick up and read as each problem comes along..It gives you insight and understanding as to how we face things differently...

A dear friend gave me a book that was her Moms called โWidow to widowโ by Genevieve Davis Ginsburg. It is divided into helpful chapters for all the challenges one faces when losing a husband. It also is a book that you can jump around and read the section you need the most. It has helped me immensely. Amazon has it
