Since January 1, for the aarp rewards section of the web site, the first two pages at least do not award any points when doing the 450 point quizzes. The quizzes play but no points are awarded at the end. This happens to about at least 8 quizzes
does anybody test this stuff on the web site before deploying?
Also had this occur the other day when taking a couple quizzes. Thought it was just me. In addition, I have not been credited for my rewards points of 5k and 10 K steps prior to 12/29/25. Communicated with someone at AARP via text about the issue and though they credited me 900 points, the issue has not been resolved
After reading your post I went to the first page and did the quiz for American Homeshield home maintenance, and the other was appliance care. Both quizzes gave me my points. Picture below. The Appliance one was Members only, I don’t believe the Homeshield one was.
what device are you using? I use tablet with the app. Never have any probs on quizzes not giving me points on quizzes that are up for taking.
Yes, I did work a few days later. But when they first came up at the start of the month, you could do the quiz but not points were being awarded for many of the quizzes. It looks like they got it corrected a few days later. Still back to my point, when they deploy does anyone ever check and verify things are working?
