Unable to access Rewards

This morning, when trying to access Rewards I received a message asking for a phone number for 2-factor confirmation and stating that it was voluntary.  I declined and was sent to a general Rewards description page.  There was no way provided to access Earn or Redeem.  

 

Anyone else having this problem?

Yes for several days.

Brandon C. was extremely helpful in resolving this issue for me.  

 

For whatever reason, the phone number on my account was blank.  Once I added that this problem went away.
