AARP Hearing Center
I understand that AARP does not staff customer support off hours, but I would like to log my issue (ticket?) NOW, and not be forced to call during the work day. The BOTs say that I should be able to send a message to a live agent now via email or the website. But when I asked for an emal address to the BOT it says 'sorry, I don't have an email address, but suggests that I check the website. The website has now info. Aargh. Is there an email address, or URL where there is a webform, so that I can send in my issue for a live agent to review at their convenience?
I apologize for any frustration this has caused, @j856369v. While we don't have a monitored email box you can send us a private message at any time, and we will be available to respond back to that message Monday - Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm ET. Visit https://aarp.info/47hWcl7 for directions on how to enable private messages. - Brandon C.
What about those of us who don't want to deal with downloading Messenger? I have enough apps/ messenger systems, I don't want more. I just want to be able to email AARP with my questions when it is convenient for me (not all AARP members are retired) and have someone get back to me in a reasonable time.
Also unhappy that I am required to download the app in order to delete things from my Inbox. I guess the "messages" will sit there as I intentionally choose NOT to have a lot of apps on my phone.
Finally, I tried to renew with one of the specials (offered until 9/9/26) and it won't go through.
Really, not sure why I continue my membership. Such a pain.
