In redeeming points for AARP Programs - at this time there is one for Wish of a Lifetime - 4000 points, how much money does that translate into? Seeing as $5 gift cards can be purchased for points ranging from 8000 - 28000, what number is used for AA...

Wasn't happening before and I have not made any changes to my system. I also do not have any issues with any web based animations.

The only thing I can offer is advice to be persistent. Contact them again, give it 2 weeks and contact them again, rinse, repeat. Odds are in your favor that you will find the one person who can fix the problem. Keep your cool no matter how frustra...

After clicking redeem, I get a pause of 15-20 seconds before the game starts. I have tried on multiple platforms and multiple browsers with the same results. Curious if anyone else has this issue.

I was unable to redeem for 122 days. My case was "escalated" 3 times and I was told it was resolved twice (it wasn't). Good luck.
