The only thing I can offer is advice to be persistent.  Contact them again, give it 2 weeks and contact them again, rinse, repeat. Odds are in your favor that you will find the one person who can fix the problem.  Keep your cool no matter how frustra...

After clicking redeem, I get a pause of 15-20 seconds before the game starts.  I have tried on multiple platforms and multiple browsers with the same results.   Curious if anyone else has this issue.

I was unable to redeem for 122 days.  My case was "escalated" 3 times and I was told it was resolved twice (it wasn't).  Good luck.

  I have been using Consumer Cellular for over 10 years and have no complaints.  I buy phones separately (can find better deals on ebay) and have auto pay set up with a credit card.  Never an issue with phone usage or billing.  Would that everything ...
