Two issues with the AARP Android app

I just had a weird experience with my AARP app.

First, I was logged on via desktop browser.  While still logged on, I opened my AARP app and tried to go  through the logon process.  It just displayed the rotating circle, never finishing the logon.  I eventually logged off my desktop and then tried the AARP app, and it worked.  Is this some kind of security feature?

Next, in the Android app I clicked on things like "My Account", but all I got was a blank screen:

Then, I tried going to "My Games" and got an error message:

I'm using Google Fi VPN on my phone.  This has never been an issue, before.  Granted, it's been quite a few months since I last used my Android app for accessing AARP.  But is there a fix for this, other than disconnecting my VPN?

Thanks for reaching out, JackD418601. You can be logged into the app and through a browser at the same time. Try turning off your VPN to see if the issues you're having with the app persist. If you don't encounter any issues with the VPN turned off you may reach out to the VPN provider to see if they can offer any assistance with using the app while the VPN is active. If the problems do continue try uninstalling and reinstall the AARP Now app. - Brandon C.
