Hi, Serene Seagull.  I replied via email, but it clearly didn't get posted here. I did try the customer service call route.  Was assured I would not see these, any more.  Still seeing them. I'm done.  As soon as I hit "Reply", I'm canceling my accoun...

Just got another email asking me to confirm my subscription.  Thankfully, preferences still shows no subscriptions.  But, why am I still being asked to confirm?
